Rocky Balboa said it all when he declared, “You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life.”

At times, life can certainly seem overwhelming – whether you’re a child grappling to communicate big feelings, a teen understanding themselves and their place in the world, or an adult navigating depression, anxiety, or past trauma. These challenges can be addressed with empathetic support, not faced in isolation. I strive to create a welcoming and understanding space where you can feel safe to process your experiences, build healing resiliency, and move toward a healthier, more empowered future.

I am a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern with a heart for walking alongside children, teens, and adults as they face life’s challenges. I have a distinct passion for working with kids as young as five through play therapy, providing for them a safe and age-appropriate way to express feelings, build coping skills, and make sense of their world.

With teens and adults, I primarily focus on supporting those dealing with anxiety, depression, or the impact of past trauma. I use a trauma-informed approach and a compassionate person-centered approach, always tailoring therapy to fit the unique needs and experiences of my clients. My goal is to help you strengthen your resilience, gain deeper self-understanding, and move toward a greater sense of peace and balance.

I believe therapy is optimal when it feels like a true partnership. Whether through supportive conversations with teens and adults or creative, playful methods with children, I aim to create a safe space where all clients feel respected, understood, and encouraged on your journey toward healing.
